Athens Industrial Park

The Village of Athens purchased 110 acres of land for the purpose of developing an Industrial Park. A TIF District was established and the Community Development Authority was formed to oversee the development, promotion, and sales to prospective business. Presently we have ten  businesses established in the park, a Cellcom tower, and a Water Tower.  In 2017, the Village completed some major infrastructure updates (blacking of Mount View Lane and the extension of Park View Lane to the north to create more buildable lots. The Athens Industrial Park provides easy access to Highways 97, 64 and Interstate 29.
