2026 Assessment Roll Open Book

                                    ASSESSMENT ROLL OPEN BOOK
                                    Village of Athens, Marathon County

 

Pursuant to Wis. Stats 70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2026 assessment will be open for examination starting on April 28^th, 2026 at 11am.  The assessment roll will be available for review in the Clerk’s Office from 7:30am to 4pm, Monday thru Friday.

Additionally, the assessor will be available at the Municipal Building Board Room on April 28^th, 2026 from 9am to 11am.  Please call 715-536-6236 to schedule an appointment.

Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis Stats. 70.47
