REQUEST FOR BIDS - BLACKTOPPING & MISC CURB & GUTTER REPLACEMENT

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The Village of Athens is seeking bids for the following two projects.  Bidders may bid on one or both projects.

Project A:  Asphalt pulverizing and bituminous paving of Damon Street (between Washington Street and Pine Street) and miscellaneous asphalt patches.

Project B:  Replacement of miscellaneous curb and gutter

Bids will be publicly opened at 2pm on April 17, 2026 in the Village Board Room (203 Alfred Street)

The Village of Athens reserves the rights to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids and to award the contract to the Contractor who in the judgment of the Village of Athens will best serve the interests of the Village of Athens.  No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 21 days after the actual time of opening the bids.
